Fred’s Batesburg

This is one of eight Fred’s Dollar Stores built over a 3 year period. Buildings ranged in size from 16,000 sf to 26,000 sf and featured pre-engineered structures with split face cmu front. Construction times ranged from 38 days to 90 days.
